Peach cobbler & Picking peaches

I have had several experiences making peach cobbler. The last time I made it, we took it to church, and I think almost everybody had a few bites. And a few of them said thank you for making it. I think it is a very good recipe.

Here is the recipe for you.

Peach Cobbler

1 stick of butter, melted into pyrex pie dish. Mix lightly the following in a separate dish:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 can of peaches or fresh.

Pour into melted butter dish, add can of peaches (drained) over flour mixture.

Here is a idea if you want fresh peaches. Go to Marburger Orchard!!!!!!!!!!!!

We have gone to Marburger Orchard 2 times this year for strawberries. Then they were not too thick, but when we went there for peaches, they were very very very thick!!!!! So, maybe you should go for peaches before they are out of season!

Here is the website if you want it: http://www.marburgerorchard.com/
